Trasylol

Trasylol is a drug given during open heart surgery to assist in the potential bleeding that may occur from this surgery. Studies have linked this drug to causing kidney dysfunction and kidney failure leading ultimately to dialysis. Most patients are not aware they were given the drug since it is given during the anesthesia process of the surgery. Craig Niedenthal was involved in filing the first lawsuit in the United States representing an individual who required dialysis for the rest of her life due to being given Trasylol during surgery. If you or a loved one had open heart surgery and after surgery now need dialysis to keep you alive, please contact us to see if you have a potential case against the manufacturer, Bayer. Since you will most likely not be aware if you were in fact given Trasylol during your surgery, we will obtain the necessary medical records to determine if you were given the drug and if the drug has caused you injury.
